PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine, etc., capable of improving cooling performance compared with conventional one by improving heat conduction characteristics in a radial direction of a rotor, and a flow of an air current passing through a ventilation hole of the rotor, or the like.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine comprise: a cylindrical frame; a stator provided along an inner periphery of the frame; a rotor fixed to a shaft serving as a rotary shaft inside the frame, facing the stator and having a magnet attached to an outer peripheral surface of a columnar body; and a pair of brackets arranged so as to cover both edges in a rotary shaft direction, of the frame and rotatably supporting the shaft. The stator has a plurality of stator ventilation holes penetrating the stator in the rotary shaft direction. The rotor has a plurality of rotor ventilation holes penetrating the rotor in the rotary shaft direction, inclined relative to the rotary shaft and having a cross sectional shape on a surface orthogonal to the rotary shaft having a long aspect ratio in the radial direction of the rotor. |
