<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of porous aluminum foil in which the porous aluminum foil having stable and superior quality and used for a lithium ion rechargeable battery or the like are manufactured at low cost.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of porous aluminum foil in which through-holes from the surfaces to the backsides are provided in the aluminum foil, two pieces of aluminum foil are stacked and subjected to double rolling several times. When the double rolling is repeated several times, the two pieces of overlaid aluminum foil are prone to become difficult to be separated. Accordingly, the two pieces of aluminum foil are stacked and subjected to the double rolling, and then the two pieces of aluminum foil are stacked again so that the double rolled surface of the two pieces of aluminum foil after the double rolling become the outer side surface. Then, the next double rolling is performed, and this step is repeated. Namely, when the double rolling is repeated several times and an (n+1)th double rolling is performed after an n-th double rolling, the two pieces of aluminum foil are stacked again so that the double rolled surface of the two pieces of aluminum foil after the n-th double rolling become the outer side surface, and the (n+1)th double rolling is performed.</p> |
