PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability and convenience of vehicle-to-vehicle communication in a group.SOLUTION: An intelligent transportation system comprises: an access point for controlling a plurality of channels and casting various information; and an on-vehicle device mounted on a vehicle which performs direct communication or multi-hop communication with the access point. The access point comprises broadcast means for broadcasting a content of information to be cast, as service information, to the plurality of channels. The on-vehicle device comprises channel switching means for performing channel switching so as to receive desired service on the basis of the service information.
