<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather determination device capable of properly determining weather.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a weather determination device comprising: an imaging part which picks up a sky image of the whole sky; a solar position calculation part which calculates a solar position; a unit area setting part which sets 100 or more unit areas on the sky image; a weather determination unit area selection part which selects five or more weather determination unit areas so as to include the solar position from among the unit areas; a state allocation part which allocates area states for each of the weather determination unit areas on the basis of an index consisting of at least one of a luminance value, an R value, a B value, G value; and a weather determination part which determines weather on the basis of distribution of the area states.</p> |
