The present invention relates to a controlling method of a lens interchangeable system camera which includes a lens unit, a main body unit, and an auxiliary device positioned between the lens unit and the main body unit. The disclosed controlling method of a lens interchangeable system camera includes: a step in which the auxiliary device receives identification information of a first device through a first communication path passing a digital signal processing unit of the auxiliary device from the first device; a step of generating combined information in which own information is added to the received identification information of the first device; a step of transmitting the combined information to a second device through the first communication path; and a step of switching the first communication path into a second communication path which does not pass the digital signal processing unit of the auxiliary device if a switching signal is received from the second device. |
