Compounds of the formula (I): R<1>-SO2-O-Q, their isomeric forms and salts thereof, wherein Q is the group (a), G is selected from the group S, S(=O), S(=O)2, C=S and C=O; R<1> is selected from the group C1-C3 alkyl and C1-C3 haloalkyl; R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, R<5>, R<6>, R<7> and R<8> are various substituents. Arthropodicidal and nematocidal compositions comprising the compounds of formula (I).
