FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipelines laying and can be used for laying large-diameter steel pipes with concrete insulation. Proposed set comprises pipe gripper assembly installed and floating vessel, separate pipe feed assembly, welding assembly, manipulator, pipe end outer surface finishing assembly, internal centraliser and inner and outer flash removal assemblies. Inner centraliser can vary the spacing between its localising jacks and has translation drive and that for thrusting a separate pipe to pipeline unit end. Pipeline end gripper assembly is provided with its translation drive. Welding assembly is composed of external butt fusion welding machine and is integrated with outer flash removal assembly. Laid pipeline gripper assembly with its translation drive, welding assembly with outer flash removal assembly, pipeline section feed assembly and internal centraliser with its translation drive and inner flash removal assembly are mounted at trucks mounted at lengthwise guides and are to be interconnected. Separate pipe end outer surface cleaning assembly is arranged parallel with separate pipe feeder. Inner flash removal assembly can be composed of planetary cutters with processed surface imposer system arranged between centralising jacks of internal centraliser or of go-gauge fitted at the internal centraliser end. Separate pipe feeder can spin.
