<p>A transmission structure of a laminator film roller. Two opposite inner sides of two frame supports (1) for supporting upper and lower film rollers (31, 32) are each provided with a thick support plate (5), the top of the thick support plate (5) is provided with a U-shaped groove (51), a bearing (6) is sleeved on each of the two ends of a spindle of the upper film roller (31) and the upper film roller sits in the U-shaped groove (51); the two ends of a spindle of the lower film roller (32) run through holes (52) on the support plate (5) and the frame supports (1) and extend into the frame supports (1) at the two sides, a bearing (8) is also sleeved on the outside of each end, and the lower film roller sits in the hole (52) on the support plate (5) by using the bearings (8); the spindle of the lower film roller (32) is of a segmented structure, and includes a middle portion (351) and end portions (352, 353) at the two sides; the middle portion (351) and the end portions (352, 353) at the two sides are mutually inserted by using an axial concave-convex fitting structure, one end portion (352) of the spindle (35) of the lower film roller is inserted into an elastic pedestal (9) mounted in the frame support (1) at one side and is tightly pressed by a spring in the elastic pedestal (9), and the other end portion (353) is mounted in the other opposite frame support (1). In the transmission structure of the laminator film roller, assembly and disassembly of the lower film roller can be directly implemented without the need of dismantling the upper film roller, so that it is easy and convenient to assemble and disassemble the lower film roller.</p> |
