Provided are a media control method and device based on a desktop cloud, which relate to the field of desktop cloud applications, so as to reduce the bandwidth occupied by the transmission of a multimedia data flow in a media control process. The method comprises: a client acquiring a multimedia data flow and displaying same, receiving a control instruction sent by a cloud server, and according to the control instruction, executing a corresponding control operation on the displayed multimedia data flow. The embodiment of the method is used for controlling media. |
