<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rope detachment tool for an elevator governor enabling improvement of safety of work for detaching a governor rope.SOLUTION: A governor 20 of an elevator 10 includes: a rotatably mounted governor sheave 22; a governor rope 21 hung around the governor sheave 22 and traveling in accordance with the movement of a car 11 of an elevator 10; and a rope gripping mechanism 27 that can constrain the governor rope 21 to stop traveling of the governor rope 21. In the governor 20 of the elevator 10, a rope detachment tool 1 is used for detaching the governor rope 21 constrained by the rope gripping mechanism 27 from the governor sheave 22. The rope detachment tool 1 includes: a grip portion 2 gripped by a worker; and a hook portion 3 that is connected to the grip portion 2 and on which the governor rope 21 can be hooked.</p> |
