PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mass spectroscopy of phosphorylated peptide or a sugar chain with high sensitivity while suppressing detachment of an unstable portion during ionization (namely, at ion intensity having high molecular mass related ion, and at relative ion intensity with respect to other ion species whose unstable portions are detached).SOLUTION: Provided is the method for mass spectroscopy of phosphorylated peptide or a sugar chain using ion liquid including 3-amino quinoline ion and p-coumaric acid ion as liquid matrix. The liquid matrix includes 3-amino quinoline and p-coumaric acid with a mole ratio of 5:1-20:1, for example. As an additive, ammonium phosphate may be used. |
