PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaging material for a lithium ion battery with little anisotropic whitening at emboss molding and capable of deep drawing molding.SOLUTION: In packaging material, at least an adhesive layer 12, an aluminum foil layer 13, a chemical treatment layer 14, an adhesive resin layer 15 and a sealant layer 16 are sequentially laminated in this order on one face of a base material layer 11. In the packaging material for a lithium ion battery, the adhesive resin layer 15 contains thermoplastic resin, a double refraction index of the adhesive resin layer 15 and the sealant layer 16 is 0.002 or less, and crystallinity is 60% or less. |
