PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system which can easily perform water examination in a water treatment plant, and can ensure reliability of the examination result.SOLUTION: A control system includes: a data transmission device 200 which transmits water quality data of treated water treated by a water treatment apparatus; a server device 300 which is connected to the data transmission device 200 through a network 60; and a measuring apparatus 500 which is connected to the server device 300 through the network 60. The data transmission device 200 transmits the water quality data of the water treatment apparatus to the server device 300. The server device 300 receives and stores the water quality data. The measuring apparatus 500 measures the water quality of a sample (step S4230). The measuring apparatus 500 obtains the water quality data from the server device 300 and compares the measurement result with the water quality data to determine whether or not the measured sample is treated by a target water treatment apparatus (step S4260).
