<p>The present invention provides: a special primer comprising an external sequence which is not present in a target gene to be amplified, and a restriction-enzyme recognition sequence which allows the primer to be changed to a structure able to participate in a gene amplification reaction; a gene amplification method using same, which dramatically enhances specificity while also suppressing non-specific reactions, and which allows the primer concentration, amplification rate, amplification time (the time when the primer participates in the amplification reaction) and amplification extent to be regulated in accordance with the intended use.</p> |
