摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a high magnetic performance stator iron core can be efficiently and economically manufactured using a belt-like directional electromagnetic steel plate whose longitudinal direction is a magnetization facilitating direction (X).SOLUTION: To punch a segment iron core piece part DX of the smallest unit out of a belt-like directional electromagnetic steel plate 100, it is punched out as a segment expanded item DY formed in an expanded pattern. A pair of division pieces D1, D2 into which is the result of dividing this segment expanded item DY in half in the radial direction at a teeth part 11 and a connection part D3 in which the pair of division pieces D1, D2 are integrally connected are arranged in a straight line. Then, it is punched out from the directional electromagnetic steel plate 100 such that a longitudinal direction matches a magnetization facilitating direction (X). Thereby, a high magnetic performance stator iron core having high magnetic permeability of the teeth part 11 is obtained. Accordingly it is possible to manufacture the stator iron core efficiently and economically by using the inexpensive directional electromagnetic steel plate 100 so as to minimize waste materials.
