<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an educational material creation device, an educational material creation method and a computer program capable of easily creating educational materials in which a display position of a handwriting answer column differs depending on a question sentence on the basis of educational material content in text format. <P>SOLUTION: In an educational material creation device 100, a controller 1 obtains a question part and an answer part from educational material content 2a described according to a predetermined rule in text format and creates a question/answer information DB 2b. The controller 1 also creates a display layout information DB 2c on the basis of registered content in the question/answer information DB 2b and pre-set information in an HDD 2.
