Disclosed is an aging method of an x-ray generator having a carbon nanotube electron emitter. The disclosed aging method comprises a cathode electrode, a gate electrode, and anode electrode. The aging method of the x-ray generator comprises; a step of applying predetermined anode voltage to the anode electrode; and a step of discharging an electro from an electron emitter by applying direct current pulse voltage to the gate electrode. A step of maintaining anode current regularly which is formed by the electron discharged from the electron emitter is included additionally.
