High Density Reticulated Cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid and Process for Preparing the Same

Provided in the present invention are a hyaluronic acid cross-linked in a high density reticular structure, which has excellent crosslinking ratio and has optimized biological affinity and continuity; and a method for preparing the same. The method for preparing hyaluronic acid cross-linked in high density reticular structure comprises the steps of (i) linearizing a hyaluronic acid polymer by dissolving in an aqueous alkali solution; (ii) obtaining hydrogel by cross-linking the linearized hyaluronic acid with a cross-linking agent; (iii) cutting the hydrogel; (iv) swelling the cut hydrogel by using a buffer solution of pH 6.8 or less; and (v) crushing the swelled hydrogel.
