PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device which inhibits positional deviation of a mirror for beam return.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser device comprises: a base part; a semiconductor laser element; and a mirror mount having a mirror for beam return which reflects laser beams emitted from the semiconductor laser element. The mirror mount has a bottom face fixed to a surface of the base part by a thermosetting adhesive and the bottom face of the mirror mount and the surface of the base part, which are opposite to each other via the thermosetting adhesive and form a bubble inclusion inhibition shape for inhibiting inclusion of a bubbles in the thermosetting adhesive. |
