PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film which can secure high transparency even when constituting an electrode of e.g. a touch panel with a pattern of a thin metallic wire and suppress occurrence of moire and allows improvement of the yield and its production method.SOLUTION: In a conductive film including an insulation substrate and an electrode part 36 which is arranged on the surface of the insulation substrate and formed with a thin metallic wire 52, the line width of the thin metallic wire 52 varies. The difference between the maximum line width Wmax and the minimum line width Wmin of the thin metallic wire 52 is 20% or more and less than 75% of the average line width Wave of the thin metallic wire 52, and the average line width Wave is 1-7 μm. |
