PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module 3 and a battery pack 1, in which a connection state between adjacent battery cells 10 can be stably secured without impairing assemblability.SOLUTION: A battery module 3 includes a plurality of battery cells 10 erected in a predetermined direction and including approximately columnar positive electrode posts 12 and approximately columnar negative electrode posts 13, and conductive electrode connection bodies each connecting the positive electrode post 12 to the negative electrode post 13 of the adjacent battery cell 10, and is configured by series-connecting the battery cells 10 arranged in parallel by the electrode connection bodies. The electrode connection body includes apertures for allowing insertion of the positive electrode post 12 and the negative electrode post 13, and deformation means for deforming portions facing the positive electrode post 12 and the negative electrode post 13 in the apertures in an orthogonal direction approximately orthogonal to the predetermined direction are formed in the positive electrode post 12 and the negative electrode post 13 or the electrode connection body. |
