The present invention relates to a heat treating method of a cathode or a preparing step thereof, when electrochemical cells or devices thereof are manufactured with use of heat treatment under conditions like reduction or inert gas atmosphere except for air according to the structure and operating operations of the electrochemical cells including a separation membrane using solid oxide is used in electrolyte cells and fuel cells. In the present invention, provided is a heat treating method designed for including reduced electrodes or metal supporting bodies or preventing electrode or cells or supporting body from oxidizing while treating the electrochemical cells at higher temperatures than operating temperature, thereby preventing the creation of crack on the electrochemical cell caused by oxidation corrosion of metal or residual stress and treating the cathode with use of heat at high temperatures, maximizing performance of the electrochemical cell or separation membrane. |
