PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device, an imaging method and a program, capable of performing image processing which can change according to a distance from a subject.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises an imaging element 203 which generates the image data on a subject by imaging the subject, a contour detection part 207b for detecting a contour of the subject in the image corresponding to the image data generated by the imaging element 203, and a special effect processing part 207f which generates a process image data for generating a visual effect by performing different image processing for each subject region determined by a plurality of contour points according to perspective distribution of the plurality of contour points constituting a contour of the subject that is detected by the contour detection part 207b from the imaging element 203, with respect to the image data generated by the imaging element 203. |
