PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user-friendliness when no elevator car can be assigned in an elevator group management system capable of assigning one of a plurality of elevators based on a registered destination floor.SOLUTION: A control device 10 of an elevator group management device respectively counts a number of stops scheduled by destination floor calls registered at a lobby floor and a number of stops scheduled by destination floor calls registered at general floors within a service period which starts when an elevator car departs from the lobby floor and ends when it returns to the lobby floor. When the control device assigns an elevator car for a destination floor call at a general floor, it holds or dismisses the assignment of the elevator car for the destination floor call in the case where the scheduled number of stops exceeds a predetermined limit value of the number of stops at general floors. When the control device assigns an elevator car for a destination floor call at the lobby floor, it increases a predetermined limit value of the number of stops at the lobby floor to assign an elevator car in the case where the scheduled number of stops exceeds the predetermined limit value of the number of stops at the lobby floor. |
