<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based ink composition for writing instrument which does not generate failure such as crack due to cap-off and ooze of handwriting to a page space, which can maintain ink discharge property in writing for a long period and which achieves preferable handwriting formation, and to provide a writing instrument comprising the same.SOLUTION: Provided are the water-based ink composition for writing instrument including water, a color agent and an ion liquid having 0.15 mass% or more of solubility to water at 20°C, and the writing instrument comprising the water-based ink composition for writing instrument. The ion liquid has an ammonium ion having a water soluble function as a cation.</p> |
