PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size electrophotographic device provided with a toner recycling mechanism where image failure such as soiling of background is not generated and a good image is formed over a long period of time. SOLUTION: In this device, mesh members 36 with sieve opening that is >=twice a volumetric average diameter of carrier and at the same time that is <=10 mesh are provided in a developer path inside a developing device 24. Furthermore, a slide abrading member 37 by which the mesh is slide-abraded is provided along with the mesh members 36 in the developing device 24, paper powder inside the recycled toner is vigorously pushed against the mesh and made small and, at the same time, clogging of the mesh members 36 can be prevented. |
