The present invention relates to a digital signature system using a mobile terminal. The digital signature system using a mobile terminal comprises: a user mobile terminal (40) for generating a digital signature value by performing a digital signature using a previously stored certificate, a digital signature key, and a certificate password inputted by a user; a user terminal (20) for receiving the digital signature value from the user mobile terminal (40), and submitting the digital signature value to a service server (10); and a relay server (30) for connecting the user mobile terminal (40) and the user terminal (20), and relaying a digital signature request and a result. The user terminal (20) is configured to transmit the original signature and the identification information of the service server (10) to the relay server (30), and the user mobile terminal (40) is configured to transform and display the data format of the original signature before performing a digital signature.
