The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet and a bonding method thereof which easily serves the bonding of a waterproof sheet without the inconvenience and is capable of bonding at the accurate bonding portion to have high water tightness to initially prevent the waterproof sheet from having water leakage in the bonding portion after bonding. The waterproof sheet and the bonding method thereof include: a porous net cloth bonding part formed in the top end of the waterproof sheet to expose a porous net cloth which is formed in the lower side of the porous net cloth bonding part without a PE-based film and an asphalt layer; and an attachment surface where an overlap sheet is attached without the PE-based film and spaced at a predetermined interval from an end in the upper surface of the opposite side of the porous net cloth bonding part. Accordingly, there are effects of preventing the crack expansion of a structure and reducing the construction time since a bonding work is rapidly and accurately performed in short time.
