PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the yield.SOLUTION: The detector module manufacturing method is a method to manufacture a detector module. The detector module optically couples a scintillator array which emits light generated by an X-ray and a photodiode array which converts the light generated by the scintillator array into an electrical signal with each other. In the detector module manufacturing method, the scintillator array is stuck to one adhesive face of a transparent adhesive sheet which has an adhesive face on both sides. The other adhesive face of the transparent adhesive sheet is adhered to the photodiode array.
