Disclosed is a cargo hold for a liquefied gas transport ship. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cargo hold for a liquefied gas transport ship comprises: a first main insulation panel unit joined to a hull; a second main insulation panel unit which is separated from the first main insulation panel unit, one side of which comes in contact with the main insulation panel unit, and the other side of which is joined to the hull; and a main insulation panel connection unit for connecting the first and second main insulation panel units together.
