Provided is a manufacturing method of chocolate containing Dendropanax morbifera, which enhances the taste of chocolate by relieving the bitter taste of Dendropanax morbifera while maintaining the useful function of Dendropanax morbifera. The present invention provides a manufacturing method of chocolate containing Dendropanax morbifera; and chocolate containing Dendropanax morbifera manufactured by the method, wherein the method comprises the steps of (a) freeze drying Dendropanax morbifera and grinding the Dendropanax morbifera to manufacture a Dendropanax morbifera powder; (b) tempering solid chocolate to manufacture a molten chocolate solution; and (c) mixing the Dendropanax morbifera powder manufactured in step (a) and the molten chocolate solution manufactured in step (b) to obtain a mixture and molding the mixture. |
