<p>A stick and a crutch are made of a hard bar and cause pain to an arm and an armpit. The present invention relates to a stick and a crutch which are more soft and flexible. According to the present invention, the stick is fixedly installed by a clamping cap by inserting a spring into an insertion space of the connection portion between an upper and a lower body of the stick.
