The present invention relates to a battery cell of increased capacity and a device comprising the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a battery cell and a device comprising the same. The battery includes an electrode assembly and a rectangular battery case formed in the electrode assembly. The battery case of the battery cell includes a pair of long sides which face each other on a horizontal cross section and a pair of short sides which face each other. An indent part which is thinner than the average thickness (t1) of the long side is formed on at least one of the long sides.
