The present invention provides a cross-linking agent of an amine compound and the application thereof in a hydrogel preparation method. The cross-linking agent of an amine compound comprises an amine compound, or is prepared by compounding amine compounds. With the cross-linking agent of an amine compound, through a novel Michael addition cross-linking mechanism, a three-dimensional network structure is formed by cross-linking, and a hydrogel is prepared. Through the adjustment of the ratio of the amine compound, the polymer, and the solvent, the cross-linking density and strength of the hydrogel can be changed, and thus the swelling performance of the hydrogel can be influenced.
