The present invention provides a cross-linking agent of an amine compound and the application thereof in a hydrogel preparation method. The cross-linking agent of an amine compound comprises an amine compound, or is prepared by compounding amine compounds. With the cross-linking agent of an amine compound, through a novel Michael addition cross-linking mechanism, a three-dimensional network structure is formed by cross-linking, and a hydrogel is prepared. Through the adjustment of the ratio of the amine compound, the polymer, and the solvent, the cross-linking density and strength of the hydrogel can be changed, and thus the swelling performance of the hydrogel can be influenced. The hydrogel prepared by the present invention is harmless to human bodies, has no cytotoxicity, and can be widely applied in the biomedical field, such as in cell culture, tissue engineering, modification of biologically active surfaces, and the like. |
