According to an embodiment of the present invention, the measuring apparatus for the protruding length comprises: a measurement body unit arranged on an upper end portion of a vertically protruding object, having a rail formed in a crossing direction with the projecting direction of the object; a horizontal detection unit arranged in the measurement body unit capable of adjusting the horizontal level of the measurement body unit; and a laser distance measurement unit arranged to be moved on the rail of the measurement body unit, measuring the protruding length of the object by irradiating a laser to the base of the object.</p>
