CRUSHING MACHINE FOR WASTES, COMPONENTS OF CRUSHING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MAINTAINING THE SAME

FIELD: waste crushing equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: crushing machine has cutting wheel comprising multiplicity of holder-cutter parts arranged on circumferential surface of cylindrical gear carrier with available detachable retaining devices. Rotor of crushing machine has multiplicity of identical wheels uniformly arranged along length of drive shaft. Each holder-cutter part of wheels has two retaining side surfaces. Cutter is fixed on each of two retaining side surfaces. Crusher has at least two rotors with parallel pins. Rotors are arranged so as to penetrate into one another and have adjacent side cutting surfaces separated by cutting gaps. Method for maintaining of crushing machine for wastes involves separating holder-cutter unit from gear carrier; fixing separated holder-cutter unit in place and fixing new unit. Method for repairing of holder-cutter unit involves separating holder-cutter unit and repairing outer side surface. Method for dismantling of crusher rotor involves withdrawing at least one holder-cutter unit by means of retaining device; rotating rotor and urging it to slide axially along pin until it is withdrawn from crusher. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. ^ 19 cl, 9 dwg
