<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a letterpress printing apparatus capable of transferring an ink to only a bottom portion of a relief part of a letterpress, without causing the letterpress to sink in a formed ink film at a primary transition, so that an amount of the ink to be transferred can be stabilized.SOLUTION: A letterpress printing apparatus includes: a letterpress with a desired plate pattern formed on a base substrate surface; and an ink film formation substrate for supplying an ink to the letterpress. At least one of the letterpress or the ink film formation substrate has a conductive electrode pattern formed in accordance with the plate pattern of the letterpress. The letterpress printing apparatus further includes a power source for applying voltage to the electrode pattern.</p> |
