A multi-joint phase maintaining apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a phase maintaining means; an angle adjusting means; a phase maintaining part; and an operation means. The phase maintaining means comprises: a reference shaft fixed to one side of a frame; a revolving body which revolves about the reference shaft while maintaining a constant distance from the reference shaft; a first force transferring part, coupled to the revolving body and the reference shaft, for controlling the rotation of the revolving body; and a first support part which allows the revolving body to revolve about the reference shaft while maintaining the phase. The angle adjusting means comprises: an angle adjusting shaft which is concentrically located with the reference shaft and can rotate with respect to the frame; a first driven shaft which can rotate while being separated from the angle adjusting shaft in parallel; a second force transferring part coupled to interlock the angle adjusting shaft and the first driven shaft; and a second support part for separating the angle adjusting shaft and the first driven shaft to be rotatable. The phase maintaining part maintains the phase when the first driven shaft or the second support part rotates. The operation means is located between the phase maintaining part and the revolving body and guides the revolution of the phase maintaining part about the revolving body.
