Provided are an interference detection method and system, a management method and system, a user equipment and a base station. The interference detection method comprises the following steps: a user equipment receiving a detection instruction from a base station; according to the detection instruction, the user equipment detecting a detection index in a communication channel of an access point device to be detected, so as to obtain detection index information; according to the detection index information and a pre-set reporting threshold, judging whether a detection report needs to be reported or not; and if the detection report needs to be reported, the user equipment reporting the detection report. The interference detection system comprises: a trigger module which is used for receiving a detection instruction from a base station and triggering interference detection; a detection module which is used for detecting a detection index in a communication channel of an access point device to be detected according to the detection instruction, so as to obtain detection index information; and a feedback module which is used for judging whether a detection report needs to be reported or not according to the detection index information and the pre-set reporting threshold, and reporting the detection report if it is required.
