PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of a life period of an internal valve and malfunction of the valve caused by an edge abraded in the shape of (single or a plurality of) grooves at an inner side of a hole of the valve.SOLUTION: A fluid flow control member for use with a valve includes a body 318 having a first seating surface 326 controlling a flow of fluid through the valve. The body 318 defines a second seating surface 328 opposite the first seating surface 326 to control a flow of fluid through the valve. Additionally, the body 318 defines an aperture 320 to receive a stem 304 of the valve, and a bore 322 surrounded with the first seating surface 326 to receive at least one of a seal and a sliding member 308. Each seal or sliding member 308 has a first surface 340 to be engaged with a second surface 344 of a spring seat 310 coupled to the stem 304 to control the fluid flow through the valve.
