PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective advertisement means for the user of a client terminal to an advertiser, and to provide beneficial advertisement information to the user in an advertisement field on the Internet.SOLUTION: An application capable of distributing advertisements to the user of a client terminal is distributed via the Internet. The application asks for permission to display advertisements just after security lock release to be performed by a user in the case of restoring a smartphone terminal from a sleep mode, and displays advertisements just after the security lock release to the user from whom the permission is obtained. The advertisements to be distributed are determined by referring to information on, for example, a GPS, a time zone and sexuality and a date of birth to be provided by the user on application registration. Thus, it is possible to provide effective advertisement means which is high in an appeal power for the advertiser, and to provide a chance to receive beneficial advertisement information for the user. |
