<p>The present invention relates to a turbine, which rotates a rotational generator using buoyancy with a spinning wheel turbine using potential energy of water, and which generates electricity by using power of the potential energy and that of the buoyancy and, more specifically, to a power plant which rotates a rotary shaft by a buoyancy effect of water acting on a buoyant body by efficiently using potential energy of water while rotating the rotary shaft by power of buoyancy caused by an action of the buoyancy body folded and unfolded from a rotary valve in a water tank, and to a power plant which effectively creates rotating power by using potential energy of water caused by a rotating body applied with buoyancy of water in a water tank that stores the water and by a spinning wheel turbine outside the water tank so as to effectively produce electricity along rivers and streams in a power generation method that is universally conducted.</p> |
