PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element having high IPCEs at each frequencies, a solar cell having the same, and a method for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element comprises: a first electrode having a porous layer provided on a conductive support and a photosensitive layer having a light absorption agent on the porous layer; a second electrode opposed to the first electrode; and a hole transport layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, and in the photoelectric conversion element, the light absorption agent contains at least two kinds of light absorption agents I and II, the light absorption agent I is at least one kind of the perovskite crystal structure containing a cation of a group I element in the periodic table or a cationic organic group A, a cation of a metal atom M other than the group I element in the periodic table and an anion of an anionic atom X, the light absorption agent II is at least one kind selected from a metal complex dye and an organic dye. There are also provided a solar cell having the photoelectric conversion element, and a method for manufacturing the photoelectric conversion element. |
