A motion signal processing technique modifies digital audio recordings in order to restore a sense of motion, liveliness, and spatial dynamics. A pitch correction signal processing technique modifies digital audio recordings to correct for level-dependent shifts in the perceived pitch of audio content. A multiplexed convolution signal processing architecture applies multiple distinct types of processing to an input signal simultaneously in an adaptive, signal-aware way through the calculation of one or more time-varying convolutions.
