According to the present invention, a feathering apparatus of a blade of a wind power generator having a moving cam unit moved by a centrifugal force comprises: a main shaft forming a central axis of the blade; a fixated cam unit connected to the blade, equipped in the main shaft to be axially rotated, and having an inclined plane on an end thereof; a moving cam unit formed to be slid to the outer side of the main shaft by the centrifugal force due to the rotation of the blade, adjusting an angle of inclination of the blade by axially rotating the fixated cam unit while pressurizing the inclined plane of the fixated cam unit; and a restoring unit restoring the blade with an adjusted angle of inclination by the moving cam unit.
