The present invention relates to a fluidic channel system and a method for manufacturing a core-shell structure using the same. According to the present invention, the fluidic channel system can manufacture core-shell structures of various forms through simple change of flow velocity, and can provide an environmentally friendly process which does not use an additional toxic solvent.
