PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonalize an inner liner rubber or a carcass ply and furthermore to prevent breaking damage of the carcass cord or peeling damage of the inner liner rubber.SOLUTION: A production method of a tire for heavy load is provided which includes a side rubber formation step of forming a cylindrical side rubber on a tire formation drum, and an inner liner formation step of forming a cylindrical inner liner rubber body by winding an inner liner rubber sheet between the side rubbers. Prior to the inner liner formation step, a connection layer forming an inner liner rubber by connecting with the inner liner rubber body is arranged at the tire axial-direction inner end of the side rubber. The connection layer is formed by adhesion of an inner liner tape. |
