<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high capacity, low ESR and ESL device including a plurality of capacitor elements. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 has a first capacitor element 21, a lead frame 10, and a second capacitor element 22 laminated to sandwich the lead frame 10. The lead frame 10 includes an anode lead 11 connected electrically with the anode 31 of the first capacitor element 21 via a first bonding wire 41, and cathode leads 15 and 16 connected electrically with the cathode 32 of the first capacitor element 21.
