<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of dealing with a replacement of a flash memory with time to spare, prior to a phase of losing the normality of stored data, and to provide a flash memory replacement management system, method and program. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device 1000 determines an arrival of a time to replace a flash memory by replacement time determination means 1001. Lapsed time calculation means 1002 calculates a lapsed time from the arrival of the replacement time. Threshold reduction setting means 1003 places a threshold to be a criterion of binarization of data that is read from a memory cell of the flash memory, lower than a regular value according to the calculated lapsed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
