<p>Provided is a method for manufacturing a solar cell module with improved durability, which can encapsulate a matrix of solar cell elements while preventing air bubbles from being trapped in without causing damages to the solar cell element, by using an existing solar cell module manufacturing apparatus. The method for manufacturing the solar cell module by encapsulating the matrix of the solar cell elements between a panel and a backsheet with a resin, comprising the steps of: (i) embossing both surfaces of two green silicone rubber sheets made of a millable silicone rubber composition to which reinforcing silica is added; (ii) laminating a transparent panel (13a), the silicone rubber sheet (11), the matrix of the solar cell elements (14), the silicone rubber sheet (11), and a backsheet (13b) in the order named; and (iii) processing vacuum lamination while heating the laminated assembly of the solar cell module components to encapsulate the matrix of the solar cell elements.</p> |
